Hi everyone,
We're pleased to announce we're in the process of distributing a nearly finished version of the Doug story featured in Monsterverse Declassified to all backers who have the book in their order in either physical or digital format!

Be on the lookout for an email from BackerKit that will take you to your survey or you can go in yourself.
Once in your survey, you will see ablue "Get Your Digital Downloads" button that you can click to access your wallpaper. You'll then see a download option on the next page(see example below):

Our fulfillment company has notified us that all orders for The Hunted should be out the door by early next week. Many of you have already contacted us to let us know that you've received emails with tracking information, which is great!

With that said, there are a very small handful of backers who have orders that include The Hunted graphic novel, and add-on items, but are not receiving Declassified. For those backers we'll be able to ship all of your items together, with the exception of the Monarch backpack which will come on its own.

Fulfillment on the project that was ahead of this one is just about complete, and our team is getting ready to start fulfillment on Godzilla x Kong: The Hunted books.
Initially, it was our plan to ship as many items as we had in-house, but due to complications with tracking items for split shipped orders in BackerKit, we're going to keep this simple.
All backers will be receiving the following items now:
The Godzilla x Kong: The Hunted Graphic Novel

If your order includes Monsterverse: Declassified, you will be able to update your address later on when that book is ready to ship.
Following the 18th we will do our best to accommodate address changes, provided your package has not shipped. But once it's out the door we can not get it back from the carrier.

Fulfillment on Godzilla x Kong: The Hunted books will begin officially next week (week of 07/22/24)!
When an order is about to be shipped, backers will receive a postage tracking number sent via an email from BackerKit to the email addresses associated with their BackerKit surveys. This could go to your spam folder, but if you want to be certain that you have or have not gotten one, go to the "Order Confirmation" page of your BackerKit survey and if you have a tracking ID, you will see it listed like in the picture example below:
Note that BackerKit says that it could be 2 days for your tracking ID to update once you receive it, but we've seen this take longer (up to 2 weeks on US orders, and 3 weeks on International orders). If your order does not update after those mentioned times, please DM us and we'll help.
Unfortunately, in some instances, USPS has not been scanning orders until delivery, which means tracking is not always updated. This is something that is entirely beyond both our and our fulfillment company's control. This could be caused by delays from winter weather, but we have been seeing on other recent projects instances where customers are only getting updates to their tracking as their orders are arriving, and weeks after shipments left the fulfillment warehouse.
International backers - your tracking will take you to a sit that has unreliable tracking information. Please take your tracking ID when you have it and enter it here: https://fictracking.fedex.com/. Also note, that all orders leaving the United States go from our warehouse in Oregon, USA to an outbound facility in California before leaving the country. This adds to the time it takes for an international order to have its tracking information updated.
Once fulfillment gets underway, we'll do an update each Friday to give a progress update on how far along we are on orders being out for delivery, but please keep in mind this could take several weeks since there's over 1500 orders to ship.

Hi everyone,
The Hunted graphic novels arrived at our warehouse a couple weeks back. We previously mentioned that our fulfillment teams were handling another project prior to getting started on this one. Unfortunately it's taking a bit longer than expected, so fulfillment will officially get underway next month (July). We don't have an exact date just yet, but we will do a final last call on shipping addresses in the days prior to orders beginning to ship so that everyone is made aware.

Concept Art Giclee Prints Now Revealed And Able To Be Added-On To Your Order!

We are pleased to announce that the 5 concept art giclees prints we offered during the campaign are now available to view and you once again have a chance to add them on to your orders!
Prints are 22” wide by x 10” high, printed on Moab Entrada Bright White, 290 gsm, 100% cotton archival paper, and come with a certificate of authenticity! Each one is priced at $112 ($99 for the print itself, plus $13 flat shipping rate).
What is Giclée printing? Giclée (pronounced Gee’clay) is a French term meaning to spray or squirt. Giclée prints use only archival-certified special light-fast inks and, if treated properly, will last a lifetime. Giclée is the best way to produce archival reproductions of fine art and photography.
If you plan on purchasing more than one, please DM us here to let us know and we can give you a credit on shipping as multiple prints will ship together in one order package.
PLEASE NOTE - if you are one of the backers who added a print on during the Kickstarter or during the initial BackerKit surveys, we have DM'ed you to help assist with selecting your print option. We'll need to do this manually for you, so please respond via the DM service or email us at [email protected].
Now that the prints are revealed, if you are interested in adding one to your order, you can do so by going back into your BackerKit survey and you'll see it as an add-on:
